Both pizzas were burnt. Pasta burnt (which I didn't even realise was possible) disappointed to say the least. This place always had great pizzas in the past but now it appears theyd rather send out 30 pound worth of burnt food.

One of the worst pizza I ever had. Day by day they are breaking there own record in meeting the worst quality. We had it yesterday and the cheese was so hard like a rubber. Even the service takes a while and then the pizza they serve is not worth the money we pay. They need a food inspection.

They Have send me wrong food. They mislead customer by saying buy one get one free offer and charge but free pizza they just send whatever they like. Do not listen to customer requests.Don't even call to customer. Worst customer service. They don't apologise to customer. Would never recommend this shop to anyone..

We ordered a pizza at 10.40 pm and waited until now to find out, they couldn't find our order, but when I rang 15 minutes ago, I was told its left and will be with us soon, so total lies, but they took the money and denied the order, so I'm just letting you know, I will be ringing back tomorrow and hope to speak to some-one with a better phone manner than whoever I just spoke to, who was arrogant and rude.And told me it had left and when I phoned back and recognised his voice totally denied just telling me that it was on its way....terrible phone manner, won't be ordering again, shame because we have ordered lots previously.And this will go on trip adviser to. ????????

I got given the wrong food, and when I phoned up to complain the staff was all extremely rude , saying they couldn’t do anything about it , all I wanted was my mozzarella sticks and they give me some dirty battered mushrooms that my partners allergic to.

I used to use Essex Pizza quite a few years back and the pizzas were tasty but way too salty so we went elsewhere in the end. After all these years we thought we would give them another go to see if things have changed and boy I wish we would have stayed away. The meal deal took 55 mins to arrive and the 10” pizzas tasted absolutely awful. Yet again they were way too salty to the point where my body is still feeling the salt overdose the next day. The best thing about the meal deal were the sides that were ok but nothing to shout about.
Absolutely disgusting how they speak to my partner on the phone and what an absolute rude delivery driver who threw the order at us
