Another 5 star review for Five Guys, and it's at a different store this time. The food was of the usual excellent quality, very high standards of freshness. We enjoy Five Guys because, although it seems pricey, it's actually great value for money because the food is delicious, the service is not like a fast food chain, you can see your food being cooked and prepared right there in front of you, and it's served hot.Well done to all of the team at this store. This was our first visit to the Harlow store and won't be our last.

Had a quick stop at this branch after work & got myself a classic hamburger & 5 guys fries... really enjoyed the meal. Staff who attended to me was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about the food. Although it was really busy everyone seemed happy at work, which kind of made me think positively of the management.

Good food and fast service. Friendly staff who look like they enjoy working there which is a nice change in the fast food sector. On the more expensive side but in my opinion it is worth it.

Some of the best burgers in the area!It was quite expensive but very much worth it!30 for two drinks,two fries and two burgers.Music was definitely too loud though,but sitting outside you get a face full of smoke.Wheelchair accessibility: Perfectly fine.There's a regular height table in the middle.Decent size toilet,would be hard to side transfer.No accessible changing place nearby though as far as I'm aware.

The way a burger should be - fresh with fresh salad. And the chips are to die for. Absolutely delicious. Nice to be able to get a really good milkshake too - other burger places don’t seem to be doing them. But there is just no comparison with the food. Staff were great too. Friendly and polite.

Good food, drink refill machine has a lot of options, but all of the drinks feel very tasteless and watered down.

Burger was good, but fries were slightly soggy and not perfectly cooked, as i get used to having. Service wasn't rushing up to take the order. To be fair, that's the very first FG that has happened.

Wonderful place to eat.Huge portions and great staff.We had 2 cheeseburgers and one bacon burger.The bacon burger had lots of good crispy bacon, double patty and whatever you want as garnish or toppings. Amazing taste and one of the better burgers I have had recently.The cheese burgers were also great really well melted cheese and the toppings went well with the double patty.We also had a regular five guys french fries with were amazing and a very big portion as normal. They were salted well and the peanut oil taste is great!We had bbq and ketchup dips for them.The milkshakes were superb. Reese's with cream and a regular vanilla milkshake.There were only two staff working this day and they were taking orders and making burgers at amazing speeds. They were very polite and professional even under stress. Give them a raise!Kid-friendliness: Good place to change nappies
