Not good I know it's chicken they sell but do advertise veggie meal to one burger no vegan nothing no good for us 2 veggies one meat eater so they lost us

Absolutely abysmal experience.After ordering in a not very busy store I saw people come after us & go with their food. We chased our order up three times & each time was greeted with complete indifference by the staff.Finally, half an hour plus later, we received our order... & that was wrong - missing a corn on the cob!Useless & I won't be returning.

Terrible, had delivery, and it took forever. When we got it, the bag was all ripped open, and the food was freezing. I'm not ordering from here again.

Absolutely shocking restaurant/drive through. Waited for a long time to be served and then cocker up my order with 2 items missing. Half the signs are not lit. The staff are just plain rude here. KFC do you not realise you are in the service industry. Would not recommend to anyone to go to this place just terrible

Regular KFC. Unremarkable. Cold chips no coffee available. I could not understand the person serving me who did not seem to care.Most recent visit showed an improved service and customer care I'm pleased to say. Their new chips are tasty. It was clean not busy and with a new electronic ordering system. All good improvements. Food served hot and fresh. Well done guys.

Pot luck, fingers crossed, hoping, order from this company and you will need all the above, seat down for a treat with your family and you are guaranteed some of you won't be eating, you never get all you have ordered but you will get a refund for the food that is missing, really nice for the family members that go hungry, my advice is if you order from deliveroo check what's in the bag before giving the driver the number, anything missing send it all back and order from a fast food container that cares.Kid-friendliness: No friendly to kids at all when your food is in the bag but not there's, can't see what's hard in putting in the bag what you have ordered but maybe they just think don't give it to them and we can make more.
