I ordered my food last night and the women gave me a price but never notice she charge me 1.50 Delivery and not one pound that is stated on the menu but the guy there he only charges a pound when he takes my call nice food but I wont be going back there anymore it's the principle of it all she done that to me a good few times now and I always give the guy a tip like I said it's the principle of it

Food cold when delivered. Lemon chicken was smothered in chopped lettuce and the beef in ok sauce consisted of 5 small pieces of beef. Promised refund but didn't get it as we threw the uneatable meal away. We had not been asked to save the food.

I honestly believe this is the best Chinese takeaway in Harlow, if not the UK. Over the years I've tried many but this place comes out the winner. Great food, always get what I've ordered and great value for money. Biggest chicken balls I've ever seen. Not keen on their chips but Chinese is second to none. Shame it's shut on a Monday.

Been visiting for years, but has been on a steep decline. After last visit will never be returning. Dishes were often incorrect and had to be returned, then despite being weekly customers would not replace even though the order was clearly wrong and they could not explain what they had provided as it was not on the menu. Food not as well cooked as it used to be. 0 customer service. Cash only and up front, probably due to frequent problems. Seems quite reasonable... But avoid! The rats running around the front of the shops will soon be the only diners and all it is fit for.

Ordered our usual been going here 15 years spent over £30 this time,I double checked they were sending out prawn crackers and they didn't come,i rang the restaurant and they refused to send them out
Have used Kings Moor for many yearsl and today will be the last time. Telephoned and ordered a set meal which the lady told me was £25.20. When it was delivered the guy insisted it was £26.20.I telephoned again and asked the price of the set meal and told it was £24.20. When I asked why I was charged £26.20 I was told it has a £2.00 delivery added, although their leaflet states £1.00 delivery as does their menu online. this would make what we told originally correct. I have never been charged a £2.00 delivery before. Feel that they make the rules up as they go along. Food was luke warm and the quality has deteriorated. Hate being ripped off and feel that I was.
