. Mc Donald’s will not except that they messed order up, they insist it’s down to ubereats. Uber eats are saying 15 days for a refund.so no money and no food. Something seriously wrong

Can get very busy around school finish times. Sometimes difficult to find somewhere to sit to eat in. Watch you don't get knocked over bt the constant food delivery companies - Just Eat, Uber etc.

I ordered my McDonald’s to be delivered by their Uber drivers which never came! Apparently the Uber driver tried to contact me and ring me in which I had no missed calls from him etc he also said on the app it had been delivered!!!????? I then contacted the Uber company in which they said they can’t do anything and had to contact McDonald’s in which I did and called them so many time but they never answered the phone! I also can’t drive at the minute so me and my family went without dinner I spent around £45.00 and had to then cook a meal for them all. It’s absolutely disgusting that it seemed no one cared!!! I’ll never order from Uber or McDonald’s again!! ?

There is such a lovely lady working there at the moment, who really cares about giving a high standard of customer service in her job. I never normally write reviews but I ate inside this McDonald’s this evening and I want to give credit to this lady - although I do not have her name unfortunately! She was so polite and friendly when I ordered with her and I saw her make a huge effort to help all of the customers. Before leaving, I stood up to empty my tray and she ran over, grabbed it from me and said ‘I’ll take that, I hope you both enjoy the rest of your evening’. It really makes a difference when have a nice experience as a customer, which seems rare nowadays!Would definitely recommend this one.

Worse macdonalds ever been to. Every time they forget something or mess something up. Being able to read and understand a simply breakfast order should be a basic requirement!!! Managers are just as bad!! Bad service every time something needs to be done….

Usually good when I eat in during the day time, the ladies that have been working there ages are lovely. However this evening had to wait 15 mins for a small takeaway order, such a shambles.

Just took 45 mins to deliver food to us just a mile away - spent 30 mins directing the Uber delivery guy - food finally arrived and was freezing cold. Driver told me he didn't care and to just put it in the bin then!
