It was so bad we couldn't finish our plate. The drink in the plastic bottle was previously open and half-filled. We asked for the second drink and it was open too. Why do people give this place 4+ stars and mislead us?

It was my first and DEFINITELY LAST TIME to order from this restaurant. I usually order from another restaurant but because it wasn’t opened when I needed the food I opted for Royal Kebab. I ordered the food around 12.30PM pm to be deliveredd at 14.00 but it was delivered 30 minutes later. Plus the meat was a bit burnt. Besides of this I ordered the platter for 4-5 persons which is way too much overpriced. £75 for that meal is a robbery. If I knew it would be late I could have ordered from my usual restaurant (where I went after that to get another platter because that wasn’t enough for us) where you would get exactly the same amount of food(except 1 bottle of drink and dessert) for £39.90 and is stated to be for 3-4 persons which is true. It doesn’t seem right to pay extra £35 just for that. I would never recommend to get a sharing platter from Royal Kebabs. Never buy from them again!
