5 am Sunday, forecourt open, lights on. I cannot get pump to work. I knock on the window as the doors are locked. Nobody there…. Presumably staff asleep in the back. This has happened on three occasions, but garage is convenient so every so often I give them a go. Went to BP across the road. Note to self don’t bother with this place. When staff do put in an appearance they are monosyllabic and rude.

I've been there several times and the staff was very rude with a horrible attitude. I tried to buy a meal deal and he always said that is not on a deal (this happened two times). When I refused buying because it was not on meal deal, he start being very rude. Avoid this Shell gas station, BP is cross the road

no good service I don't give my points from my bonus shell because the boy at the till scanned his card with a drifter card and took my points and after that they also scanned me but I didn't receive anything shame on the people there for doing this treatable ??????

Change the stuff, if they not willing to work than dont waste your money on them, Mister KUNA was unfriendly and agresive when my uncle said we dont pay together with the fuel and that we pay them separately... he became sarcasting and watching aggressive by making nervouse moves... its not possible to hire people who are aggressive to do customer service.

I’m not sure why the entrance is sometimes blocked. It has happened multiple times now. I get it if there’s no fuel services but there’s an Amazon locker there you shouldn’t block the entrance for customers wanting to pick up their Amazon parcels. It’s a popular locker and collection option and customers must pick up their parcels within a short timeframe. You seriously need to stop blocking the entrance and move the cones somewhere else to let non fuel users in for any other businesses apart from fuel services.
