Went in to get a salad today and they guy serving did not listen to what i was asking for as he was on his personal phone the entire time serving me. Talking to them while he was taking my order. He then put it through and walked off before giving me any cutlery. Not great customer

Ones again they have done me the wrong order so I’ve ordered a foot long BMT NOT toasted but this time I also rung up just to confirm my order as last time they toasted my order when I didn’t want it to be toasted so I said please make sure you do NOT toast my sub he Reply ok so 25 minutes later it come and yes it’s been toasted and also missing cheese so frustrating especially when your paying almost £15 so my recommendation would be avoid

I ordered a footlong sub to have for my dinner and I asked subway to make sure it’s toasted as I can’t eat a Sub Cold and I spent over £10 . And now I’m unable to enjoy my Sub let alone eat it as Subway didn’t toast my Sub I’m not happy at all as I’m now going to have to go without dinner altogether. All dew to Harvey centre subway didn’t toast it . Now I would like a full refund back to my account as soon as possible

change the manager quickly because he talks very badly to the delivery people, doesn't want to take orders and behaves very badly with customers, I will also report him to the police. for discrimination
