I absolutely loved the shop, one of my favourite shops in staple type and The reason why I always go to this shop instead of midbest it will cause the prices are cheaper and also the the park and also the customer service is much better there was only one time when the lady accidentally cost me too much money for the price of my meal which 9.38 but she put 11.27 but she did that only one time unlike with midwest There the man costed way too much which I told him the I told him that it was 990 but he cost me 1050 For my meal and last time when I clearly and last time when I clearly told him what I wanted and the time I'll become and at the time that I'll be coming he gave me 2 like kebabs and chips which cost me 23 pounds and also I think that Lady cost me way too much because I had a different bread at the time and also because of those nice brown man and woman work there, I decided to came back to the place again the next Friday and now every Friday so, amazing staff, Delicious food and Incredible prices and best of all great customer servicesKid-friendliness: It always treated their customers adult , teenager, child, and toddler with respect and kindness and that's why I loved them.

Used to be a great place, but lost its way on customer focus. Purchased 3 sandwiches, crisps and 2 bottled drinks, to eat in. Asked for a cup so 2 young boys could share a large drink bottle and told NO, its part of the stock…. WOW.. seriously. Maybe a reason why subway was empty and independents are doing well.

I went into the subway and I was served by karim and he didn't greet me and I asked for two subs he took a minute to get them from straight behind him I asked for a veggie patty to be toasted and it took him 5 attempts to get right he was extremely slow and had poor customer service and the cheese had meat bits on it and pasta sauce aswell he didn't change his gloves before serving me and was so quiet that I didn't hear him

Food is perfect as expected.Tables are sometimes a little dirty.Staff are fine.The only issue I have is the third party couriers, like just eat, uber etc... they stand in the way of the drinks machine and huff when I try to get a drinkParking: Plenty of parking but the car park is absolute chaos at all hours. I would never park my car here ever.I always walk

A typical Subway restaurant with friendly and professional staff that make it feel like a part of the local community.I ate here almost every day while on a training post nearby, and the staff remembered my usual order almost every day. The staff gave me a rewards card once they noticed how often I was coming in, and showed me how to use the app.If you like Subway, this one is a good one.
