Had my boys 8th birthday party today, 22 loud and noisy class mates ?. The team at Waffle and more were brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us. Arcade was great, and all the kids enjoyed the games, hotdogs and ice creams. Thank you

Went in today 11th October, the public toilets in the bus garage were out of service so I thought I'll ask in there if I can use there facilities.The woman behind the counter was so rude saying 'the public toilets are down there' I said they was out of service, her reply was 'our toilets are locked ....'What about the patrons that were eating in there at the time?Never ever have I seen this sort of rudeness.

We had my daughters 9th birthday here and it was absolutely amazing. Something for everybody, all the kids had a brilliant time. Food was good. I honest can not recommend the place enough!

I would rate this a 3 and a half due to the waffles properly being the only good things of the trip. This was pricey cost me £25 which I think is ridiculous knowing I could have gone somewhere else gotten a better price and had a great snack.Drinks wise I had a cookies and cream milkshake which didn't take of anything. Staff wise there just there and that's it you hardly know that they are there cus of how quiet they are.

First time coming here with the family by chance as we were walking around killing sometime. The place looks clean and deserts and coffee were on point. Staff were friendly and prompt. Will definitely be coming back.

Can't fault the staff, all very good. However we were told we could just arrive anytime for the kids to use the arcade, when we turned up we were told it was closed until 5pm. The food was good, but my youngest has a milk allergy and by the time her vegan one was done the rest of the food had already been finished.I don't think I will return here

Cool place. Grab a coffee, dessert or shake, and for £4 the kids can play unlimited arcade games upstairs for 1 hour! Or £4.99 with a hot drink or slushie. For 2 hours was £2 more.You can watch upstairs on a big TV screen but they can't get out without passing you downstairs. Toilets up and down.It wasn't busy, even over half term holidays.Staff friendly and it's a nice place to relax while the kids have some fun.
