Lovely pub with a really nice and warming atmosphere - it felt so homely here! Staff were brilliantly attentive and offered such great service. The food was amazing and there was a good variety of drinks. I felt so at home here, would love to come back.

We had a fantastic night here in November for their Fire night- a real treat with the tastiest food cooked over fire, the pub had been transformed into a candle lit cosy cavern almost! Really great buzz/vibe! Great service from the staff too!

A first time visit but had been meaning to visit for a while, as had heard good things…. VERY disappointed and won’t be returning anytime soon… As you enter the Haywain, the internal door is filthy dirty and door handle broken. It deteriorated from there…. NEVER WILL RETURN AGAIN!!!

Saturday lunchtime the pub had diners inside and drinkers outside on a lovely summers day. There were two young members of staff managing everything who were informative and friendly. We had the flat iron steak and it was superb, we will definitely visit again soon.
