Staff very busy as short by the sound of it they were constantly moaning about who was coming in to do a shift. They shouldn't be doing this in front of a shop full of customers. Those that were in were working very hard to get the orders out so can't fault that.

Went in to get a takeaway. First of all had no tango. Then ordered 7up took it home to find the drinks were soda water. While in there the staff are having conversations stood around chatting noone cleaning the tables. This is the second time something has gone wrong. Won't be going again.

We ordered dinner for our daughter on Just Eat and shortly after the app went down so we could track, when it came back on it said the driver was at the restaurant. 30 mins later it still said the same, so even if we wanted to we could not cancel. I then got a text 10 mins later telling me the order had been cancelled!!?? My wife called the restaurant and was basically called a liar saying we must have cancelled?? On the text I received it said 'cancelled try another place'........ so clearly not us cancelling. Not surprised this restaurant only has 3 starts, not sure it even deserves 3!! Same review also left on Just Eat

Terrible. Cold, hardly any chips, got order wrong, had no lemonade for past 3 weeks for the meal deal. Very unorganised and people arguing in the queue at who was first. Unfortunately not good experience or food

Walked in to this kfc ordered an famliy bucket and I come home it was all chciken leg and wingI was expecting all different types of chickens in the bucket , however this is not the first time it has happened to me or our famliy members .Where is the old kfcStaff are always on point and great service27/08/23Parking: Couple disable beys at the front

We only bought a takeaway at KFC tarpots, the service was fine and the food was fine, just like any other KFC

Ordered from here using Uber eats, things we ordered AS A BUCKET didn't turn up. It's literally a package deal... Called non stop for 10 minutes and no answer. Absolute joke. Want my money back.

I've had take aways a few times from this place, each time I've been ill after. I don't have a problem with KFC because I've eaten from other KFC's and have been fine, plus there always seems to be a queue, not sure why? Staff are polite.I thought after some lengthy absence from this shop I'd give it another chance. Just a few minutes into entering the shop, I wondered why I bothered. Ordering from an inexperienced member of staff seemed to take forever for anyone that didn't use the automated ordering system. Takeaway arrived fairly quickly but when I arrived home, part of the order was missing ?Sadly still hasn't improved!!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible
Ignoring the little Barbie look a like trying to gob off and bottling it because her mum can't drive a car it is a really good KFC, excellent service, very customer focused and sim to please.
