i ordered a thin crust mozzarella pizza, got a pizza basically dipped and drenched in tomato sauce (way too much) and hardly any cheese.if you took off the cheese it wouldnt taste any different. please add more cheese and less tomato sauce like you do with the garlic bread.And it would be nice to get a actual human response instead of a bot telling me to go to a website that will ask for all my personal information.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Order cancelled with no notice. When I phoned the staff lied repeatedly about who was the manager making it impossible to determine who I needed to speak to. I was hung up on repeatedly and one particularly pleasant individual told me he ‘didn’t care what clients thought of the way him or other staff treated them’. Avoid at all costs.

Useless. Don't even bother to waste your time phoning them. They won't answer. Pizza tracker advised delivery 40 mins ago. Still waiting. No answer. No pizza. This is what happens when you employ kids to run a business.

Had an order, they have no drivers up until 2 pm which is disgusting. They need to have drivers at all times from open to close. My foot turned up cold and was the wrong order.
Useless… first of all it’s ridiculously overpriced, secondly, now charging for delivery, thirdly it took almost 90 minutes for delivery (we’re 10 mins away) and lastly they forgot items that were ordered, will not be coming back and would recommend anyone else to go elsewhere, terrible

Unfortunately this branch always make mistakes, forget things, put the wrong thing in. This most recent order, they forgot to give me extra cheese, which was paid for. I don’t bother calling to let them know, as it gets me nowhere
