Not the best mcdonalds. I know its fast food which isn't gourmet but it always comes out cold from this store. Probably because the air-conditioning is on 24/7. It's freezing inside.

I ordered a Big Mac meal and apple pie to take away. Impossible to mess up, you’d think…. The cheese was mostly out of the bun ; whoever made it and boxed it up needs to have higher standards. The manager lost patience with waiting for the fries and took them out of the fryer at least 20 seconds early, and was too lazy to salt them. The coke had no ice. The apple pie had obviously been there for many hours, practically inedible. Incredible, but true…..

Terrible. I don't often leave reviews but this tonight drove me too nearly loosing my mind, waited 20 mins for my order, chaos in the kitchen, everyone just floating about bumping into each other, i think the fact you can see everyone in there makes things worse. Food was cold and the restaurant was really messy. Such a shame if I'm in Woodham again I'll avoid or get a sandwich from the Asda fridges.

Fillet was warm,come up in a wrapping like the Bamberger's do. Most tables were dirty and in need of a clean. The floor was dirty, about 6 that I saw all round behind the counter instead of having one or two cracking on with tidying up the restaurant area. The place was not busy so no excuse. The atmosphere is very dull. Hot chocolate was good though.

Good at missing products off your order and serving cold food. With lots of people standing around for their orders which overcrowded the place. Bring back Asda
1st time at this branch.Ordered on screens, didn’t give out receipt due to technical issue so didn’t have order noGo around the corner into the restaurant to be created with chaos! People everywhere waiting for food, staff clearly under pressure. People getting upset on waits, 1 person eventually got their order & requested to make formal complaint to the duty manager.Waited about 10min for my order, (once I I finally found out my order no) & I appreciated the apology on the waitThe food however was stone cold, not sure how as it was so busy I expected it to be fresh & piping hot!My 1st & last visit to this branch after a catalogue of mess …. All on a Wednesday evening!
