Highly recommend their chicken salad, really tasty and very generous serving. We have ordered from Flames regularly for years. My kids love their pizzas and cheesy chips.

I ordered two shish kebabs to be delivered, on arrival they were chicken. I phoned back and was told that they will always deliver chicken if lamb is not specified. Yet the menu states that shish kebab is lamb. Chicken shish kebab is not even on the menu. After being a customer for several years I will not be returning.

Bought a large donner kebab at 19:00. The meat was taken out of a dish. It must have been from the day before as it was not eatable. Won't buy from there again.

last time i ordered food for 17 pounds and chicken was cooked a week before its awful all the food went into the bin i would never go back there again

We’ve ordered from Flames multiple times over the past two months and we’d have to say it knocks the competition out of the park. We’ve only ever had one issue and that was met by unending apologies and attempts to make up for it, showing they really care about their standards and customers. Their delivery drivers are always friendly and polite and are always on time or earlier. The food is really reasonably priced, always fresh and delicious. Overall a great restaurant with polite and friendly staff and extremely enjoyable food, would definitely suggest ordering ??

Food was burnt and you have to pay for the salad separately, go for orient express instead
