After a returning visit because the food was so tasty on our first visit, what a disappointment food was dry two of us actually couldn’t eat it found it tasteless bland nothing like we had on our first visit and after saying they would take one of the meals off the bill (which they didn’t) by that time we just wanted to get out of there awkward atmosphere found the I’m assuming manager rude only reason for the stars is our waitress was good don’t know what happened maybe it was an off night but definitely won’t be returning

Went here yesterday with friends from work, what a lovely little place, we was all welcomed by George, lovely happy friendly guy, good didn’t take long at all to come out and everything looked amazing! I had a pollo pizza, which was absolutely delicious! Fresh and flavoursome to say the least, not too pricey and George was very accommodating to change various peoples tastes, what a gem, would definitely come here again! Not big and fancy but good honest food with a warm atmosphere .Parking: I paid round at a hourly car park, but I heard there is some parking round the back of available? Be careful at pay stations as it’s online only and my friend got scammed into signing up to subscriptions somehow.

Never had I bad meal. Sunday roast is the best around by far. My steak on valentines night was better than I've eaten anywhere. Staff always friendly, excellent selection of wines.

We were visiting the area and was looking for somewhere to eat as we'd not been to the Stanford in a long while. Google searched restaurants in the area and rang a few. When we rang Gino's at 8:30pm for a table of 3. They were happy to accommodate us but the kitchen closed at 9pm if we were OK with that. We arrived at 8:40pm they couldn't have been more welcoming. We had carbonara, sea food linguini, chicken millenaise, ragu pizza, and garlic bread pizza. For desert treacle sponge and custard and a sticky toffee pudding. They have a pizza oven in the restaurant it nice to see the pizza being cooked in minutes. The food was lovely but the seafood linguini was a bit dry but enjoyable. The portions were a good size. We were not rushed at all. The staff were happy to chat and told us about the history of the restaurant. They have event nights too. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back. Value for money.

Went for a family meal very disappointed. Everyone got served their meal except me. Waited nearly 15 minutes for it to come out by this time everyone had finished their meal. When mine came out the lamb was tough and the only thing hot was the gravy which is a shame as we had heard good things about this restaurant but I would not go back.my meal was a total waste of money

Decent little restaurant, if you're local i'd certainly recommend attending. The food was decent enough, everything was good but the Calzone was lacking a bit in terms of taste, everything else was spot on. The attached bar was a bit noisy as it was a football night but that wasn't particularly an issue, just worth mentioning. For the price I wouldn't go nuts about going again, but I can't complain it was a nice date night spot.

Staff absolutely brilliant friendly the chef makes a point of coming out to see if everything is satisfactory with the food, prices are excellent and portion size is good. Really nice restaurant.Vegetarian options: You can request all pasta dishes and pizzas without meat

Went on the 30th September for my birthday as we've been a few times previously and loved it. No one came over to us to see if the food was okay which unfortunately it wasn't ( one of the pasta dishes). We said to take it off the bill and was met with a really bad attitude from the manager. Real shame as that is now my last meal in Gino's due to the managers surly attitude
