One poor girl on her own , 2 weeks into the job .She was a credit to subway absolutely lovely person and very helpful . Management need to pull their socks up as she was the only member of staff .But handled frt counter ,prep and cashier job faultlessly.

Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Wrong sub was delivered, then I was lied to on the phone and told the correct one would be delivered ASAP, nothing ever turned up. Rang several times and noone has answered the phone.

Absolutely awful!! The food was cold! They put in in the oven for seconds. (It was a pizza off your new menu) The boy behind the counter threw my change at me along with my food. Subway seriously!!! Oh and they never have meatballs!!!

The lack of clear communication between Subway staff members and customers regarding unavailable ingredients for sandwiches is a frustrating issue. Asked for a Big Breakwich and was told no sausage but forgot to mention no eggs and didn't make it clear that you could substitute ingredients.Leaving food container lids open when there are no customers ordering is concerning and unsanitary

Extremely rude staff. Constantly chatting to one another, not focusing on the orders. The brown-haired girl was extremely rude. She needs to chill out as she works in subway and not Hakkasan LDN.This place seriously needs a visit from head office/ an area manager.Don’t waste your time here!

I recently visited the Stanway Subway and received exceptional service from Connor. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and enthusiastically guided me through the menu. Connor's attention to detail while preparing my customised sandwich was impressive. Despite being the only staff member serving customers during a busy rush, he remained composed and provided friendly service to every customer. I highly recommend visiting Subway and being served by Connor.Thank you, Connor, you should get a promotion!

Not even Worth one star. Placed a order via deliveroo at 7pm, waiting 1h and 15 mins, getting prepared and rider is on its way just to get told out of no where the order has been cancelled because they wanna finish work. Never again!!!!

I would’ve give NO stars !!! The slowest restaurant out there, rude staff, they missing ingredients. I was in the queue when they told a delivery driver to wait as the customer didn’t n the queue have priority over the ones online.AVOID !!!!!!!!

Jamie (his first day on the job) & Rory made my Mum the best footlong/baguette she’s ever had, I had a bite & it was unbelievable, these guys are not Subway chefs, they’re wizards……highly recommend!!!

If this is supposed to be edible food, God help us! Minus 1000 would be nearer the mark. This 12 inch soggy tasteless "thing" described as steak & cheese resembled reconstituted dog food, made even worse by an onion sauce most animals would reject. Had 2 bites, threw the rest away. An absolute disgrace!
