Poor customer service, harrasment. Customer on 3.03.24. I arrived to the shop at 15.45. I took a small trolly with me, but, unfortunately, I was stopped by two ladies at the entrance, who told me I cannot take a trolly inside. I was shocked and asked why, they answered because they close in 15 min. I went inside, took a basket and started putting shopping in my bag, but then I realised that I cannot carry a box of water bottles in my basket. I decided to go back and get that small trolly again. I took the trolly but was stopped by the same women and told not to take trolly. I said I cannot carry heavy box of water in the basket that's why I need a trolly. . But they refused anyway in addition one security lady ordered to remove my shopping bag from the trolly. I felt threatened and harassed, I thought she was going to fight with me over the trolly. I asked for the manager, the security guard told me to go to the customer service. When manager has arrived , I have explained her all the situation. She said if I allow you to take trolly , I will have to allow everyone to take trollies. when I asked why I don't see any sign on the window regarding not taking trollies inside the shop after 15.45, she said it was there some time ago. I again explained her why I need a trolly, she allowed me to get one finaly. I looked on the clock, it was 15.50 and i decided not to waste my time in this shop anymore,. I said it's OK, I will go to different shop and buy my water. When I turned round I saw a blond lady at the customer service till laughing at me. Avoid this shop to avoid beeing harrassed because you cannot carry a heavy basket, what a poor customer service, there are plenty of other supermarkets in the area or even small shops will do better customer service.

Visit both Gravesend and Tilbury Asda and Tilbury wins by a mile! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Cafe is also worth a visit with friendly staff and good meal offers.

Very bad customer service and very poor co operation skills. Had a click and collect order waited 45 mins then when I called Asda Tilbury was asked to go inside and collect had 2 toddlers and 30 weeks pregnant but no humanity from Asda instead they didn't even mind it appropriate to answer me when I asked why I have to go inside.

Staff are so rude and lack any form of customer service skills, The lady with the dark short hair and glasses who normally works on the self service till should never work with people and clearly hates her job!

No mash . Not many Bananas am dirty Toilets every visit never cleared especially wkds I checked with customer service
Only 2 checkouts open 20 min to get served shop is a joke
Signage says closed at midnight but shut at 11pm on a Monday. Not letting anyone in at 10:55 when I just needed to get 1 product in there and leave.
Wide variety of items available. Some empty shelves. However, I was able to find what I was looking for. Visible and very helpful staff.
I love the staff in this store it's like chatting to old friends
