“There was a friendly atmosphere and cheering Christmassy decorations. We were shown to our table when we arrived, and we had no trouble ordering our meal or using our voucher. Although the pub was very busy we did not have long to wait for our meal. The food was delicious and served really hot. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.Parking: There were not many spaces very near to the pub but plenty in the whole area.”

“I visited with my friend for a chat over a meal. Unfortunately the pub was very crowded and noisy so from that point of view it wasn't a good venue to catch up. On arrival there was no one available to welcome us to the restaurant side of the pub so we weren't sure what to do. Having said that, when we found staff members to help us they were friendly, approachable and helpful. In particular, the staff went out of their way to assist my friend with menu choices given that she has food allergies. The bar was very busy so it was a little difficult to order food and drinks initially. However, when we managed to get to the till, the staff were again approachable and helpful. The food was good.Dietary restrictions: My friend is gluten free and dairy free and the staff were able to assist her with information and advice about menu choices”
