The reason for a 1 star for service was purely based on how long I waited to be served as there were 3 staff on. 1 making up online orders and a 2nd person putting more items in the oven. It must have been about 10 minutes and it was about 9.00 am. Perhaps they were short staffed.

Only ever one member of staff serving in this greggs all though you can see 3 others behind the scenes.Average 15 minute wait to be served by staff that couldn't care less.All tables filthyFloor filthy .No apologies for the wait or lack of products.Doesn't mater when you come to this greggs it's always the same

Being in a rush area, this store is quite busy. Not quite costumer focused anyway people are coming as Greggs as brand attracting people. Being busy place still served cold Bakes , couldn't return after one bite. Generally Greggs are good but this store I didn't like it.

Walked in 20 mins before close and was immediately told how they were 'literally' about to lock the doors making us know how much of an imposition we were. Decided to just leave rather than bother. Very poor really.

Staff friendly especially the manager. Sad their is a shortage of pink ring dohnuts and no split cream dognuts. Although shelves were fully stocked and great, quick service.
