Didn’t really enjoy my experience here. The service was very slow. I could see my food was ready but no one picked it up. Finally I got fed up and picked it up myself. Just as I did someone stopped me and said “I’ll do that for youâ€. Food wasn’t anything special I would avoid and go somewhere else

Me and my boyfriend visited this place back in November and it was amazing excellent service and very friendly l. But this time visiting it with a couple of friends as a double date it was disgusting. The staff were staring at me with dodgy looks I felt so uncomfortable. Anyway when it got to the meals my friends ordered the fish.and it was dry and disgusting. The beans were burnt and dry as well. Me and my boyfriend ordered the gammon steaks and I cannot fault at all apart from the mushrooms were burnt and onion rings soggy. When it got to the dessert still being eyed up by the staff they all ordered sundaes the ice cream was like a brick the marshmallows were rock hard and the flakes were out of date with fake cream. I ordered the fudge cake it was dry and hard the hot sauce was cold and was stuck to the plate. At the end of the night we went to the toilets and well the pictures explain themselves (GRAPHIC)

Actually this time it was not that great to be honest starter was good then went down hill the steak was like rubber and the chicken was very very dry I had a taste of each peace then told the waitress to take it away as it was that bad, and the wife's meal wasn't that great either. But on a good note I will return to have something different.

I was disappointed with the quality of food tonight. Meat was rubbery and gammon was dark pink inside. Chips were lovely. Normally lovely meals from here.

Myself, partner and kids often go here, service is usually on point depending on who you get.. food is pretty descent. Option of salad is pretty good.. used to be much better!! We have stopped going for breakfast now as it isn't as good as it used to be (continental).
Discusting food. Left 90% of the meal. Couldnt chew the rump steak, had to spit it out. The waitress never queried why my meal had not been eaten. The Manageress would not give a refund for the very poor quality food. It has really gone down hill from the last time we been there. We will never ho back. Wish we had gone to kfc instead. I can't remember having such a bad meal, that i had to leave it. Different staff and management, since we were last there and it really shows. Just awful food and attitude. Should be closed down., its that bad.now.

Absolutely horrible food. Cheese was gone off on my wife's burger. I was given ice cream Sunday which was like sludge as the ice cream machine broke down. I was still expected to eat it. Fries were cold. Never again.
