My son & I went to KFC tonight. It was so busy & it was clear the staff were rushed off their feet. However, they were so kind, with one guy engaging in conversation with my son & making him laugh, yet still organising & sorting meals. Really impressed & highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: I wish I could remember the guy name, he was fantastic at keeping my son entertained. So kind & caring, understanding we were waiting.

Ordered through app took 2 HOURS TO ARRIVE rang the restaurant 6 times before they answered to be told a rider hasn’t come and it’s not their problem when the food arrived was stone cold and horrible wouldn’t recommend this to anyone absolutely terrible stay away at all

Ordered food that only took 7 mins to arrive. It was cold, old/dry and all shoved in one bucket together.They wouldn't send out new food or refund and told me to contact uber. It wasn't an uber issue so of course they weren't going to refund me.Never ordering from thos KFC again. Gross

Terrible service. Truly awful. Ordered a 6 piece bucket and on inspection found 5 cold dried out drum sticks. Avoid this location. Raise the issue but didn't get a satisfactory response.

I have been waiting for my order 1hour and 20 min. The driver called me and said it was not been prepared yet from the restaurant. Finally I get there by my car and still was waiting for them to prepare my order 15min more. Very disappointed from this kfc will Brook centre and people working there afternoon shift.

Very Rude Stuff. They were chatting with each other while i was calling for them so many times. Then somebody show up and rudely gave me the food. Not a good experience. ??????
Waited for our foof for 40 minutes! No apology, place was crowded inside and it was Tuesday evening, so not exactly a peak time of the week. There is only one digital board inside to place the order, so had to queue to get to that too.Food was ok but not worth the wait and I spent more than if I went to McD just round the corner!!

Not very impressed I ordered a ten piece chicken bucket with four fries, we only got 8 pieces of chicken and our fries were not in separate bags, and our order was over 20 minutes late and our food was not very warm, it was a family takeaway for my husbands birthday my husband was very disappointed, I tried again to speak to the store but no one is answering the phone not good customer service

Ordered through just eat 1 meal at 16:38 and delivery was at 18:06. Distance was 1.6 miles. Food stone cold and delivery man really rude..Very unacceptable delivery
