I've had good and bad experiences. The last one put me off. The tray I got was soaking wet and had some brown goo on it which I only saw after I'd sat down. The glass they gave me for my tea was dirty, when I asked for another one it was also dirty, 3rd one was fine. It's a shame because Costa is usually a great brand but this specific branch has issues.

Just witnessed the manager speak to a member of staff like she was a piece of sh**. Literally calling her stupid in front of everyone, reducing her to tears. I'm appalled.

Mixed feelings about this Costa. It's not very big and during busy times the queue can be long and good seating can be limited.Staff are great and friendly. Coffee is always good. Would benefit from always having 3 staff on duty.Parking: It's part of a Tesco complex, so loads of parking but no specific Costa parking and so disabled access is not close.

Very poor service!! Rude on arrival,strawberry and cream frappe tastes and looks nothing like it has done or should.Not very welcoming,one lady with blonde and purple hair is extremely rude and abrupt to myself and partner.Won't be visiting this Costa again!! Disgraceful

Use all the time, order through the app and always ready when go to collect even though it’s normally really busy.
Wasn't open 8th June 2023 but it's normally great.
Nice coffee & cake, but the toilets were awful. One out of order, the other stank with wee all over the floor. Disgusting.
Some tables had spilled coffee on. It was on the floor also.
Friendly diligent staff. Really nice Costa.
