Very efficient check in at reception. Car park was very spacious and secure. The room itself was the biggest we have ever stayed in at a premier inn and had everything we needed. Very clean environment and an excellent breakfast that we would highly recommend and good value as well.

Stayed 2/6 for two nights. Rang before to ask for quiet room on top floor and that’s exactly what we got. Room 208. Huge room, biggest ever premier inn room. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good shower. Fluffy white towels. Very helpful staff from checking in to checking out. Very happy to come again. Breakfast across the road, standard P/I farye, no complaints and friendly staff.

Have stayed here before. Was going to a convention at a more expensive hotel a mile away. I chose this Prem Inn over the one closer to the hotel as it has air con and also nearby a big Tesco, Greggs, Costa etc so good options for food that aren't eating in the onsite restaurant. Free car park and good location and quiet. Slight niggles are that the tv was really unresponsive and annoying to use.We weren't spending much time in hotel so didn't bother raising the issue. Also we are fine with no housekeeping (prefer it in fact) but wish they would fill up the toilet paper so you don't have to go and ask for more! Also put bigger bins in the room as they aren't big enough when they don't get emptied every day.

Mostly standard Premier Inn experience. However , far too hot. I needed the air con banging away all through the night. In April / 12deg outside Wifi was unfit for purpose. Not sure if this was down to unlucky room location or a deliberate ploy to encourage you onto their premium version.

As we have friends who live close by, so we always try and book this particular inn, it has served us well for over the last twenty odd years. The food and service at the Whittle inn has always proved to be good value with helpful and friendly staff .

What spoilt my stay was the breakfast, it was not I expected from the hype on the TV advert. This is the worst breakfast I've experienced having used Premier Inn in the past. The toast was good, wife cooked it.

The premier Inn is in a nice quiet area. There is a Tesco store, Greggs, Ladbrokes, Subway and other shops in walking distance, but far away from Gloucester to be cheaper than the other Premier Inns - a perfect location.

Claire was very welcoming, helpful and polite when we checked in at Gloucester Business Park. Booked us in for our breakfast for the following morning, took the payment and made everything easy and straightforward.

Typical Premier Inn, modern clean and comfortable hotel friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable with large bed for a good nights sleep. Bathroom modern and good shower, lacked a shaver point and heating was a little hit and miss. But would stay again depending upon price.

Doesn't seem quite as good as a Premier Inn has done before. Bed felt old. Pillows were flat. Staff didn't action requests (fixing a blind) or remember how many guests there were (2 towels for 3 people at arrival and when we asked to refresh towels). Internet and signal are terrible. Good location though.
