Simply put the Spice Master’s is the gold standard of Indian cuisine in Gloucestershire . The chef here is working some magic in the kitchen to make even the most “standard” of Indian curries taste incredibly flavoursome and spice packed. You don’t want to miss this place. Food is always amazing, not greasey and nice and fresh. When attending on person, you can wait a while before anyone comes to serve or take the order. Online ordering charges, even for collection. Cards accepted which appears rare in the locality.

Cold when arrived ordered 2 mint sauce and only got one!! Not happy meal for one for £20 not happy at all.Had to come out to meet driver didn’t know where he was going even tho we have ordered a few times now.Not happy with food being cold.

Disappointed. Food arrived tepid. Only one mint sauce when I ordered two. Food all very salty and chicken tikka masala was bland and watery. It's a shame because I've previously enjoyed their food.

Would give zero stars. Order took nearly 2 hours - tried to call, no answer. Delivery finally come and the man was unbelievably rude. We ended up not taking the food after the way he spoke to my partner. Then even have ring doorbell footage of him swearing at our house. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely shocking experience. After a few orders with minimal issues, this Friday evenings dinner was ruined.After an abrupt conversation ordering my food I was told it would be an hour before my food was delivered. 1 hour 50 minutes later I made multiple attempts to call to find out what was happening.Another 20 minutes later my food arrived. The delivery driver was truly the rudest man I have ever met. After asking why it took so long and explaining I couldn't get through on the phone he said "what do you want discount, the have been a company for 31 years- you aren't getting discount". He refused to talk any further, walked away and put his two fingers up at me on the way back to his car (see doorbell images).I called Spice Master and spoke to someone who couldn't care less. I was told a manager would call. Do you think they did??I will NEVER use these guys again and I will tell everyone I can to stay clear.
