Food was okay however it was a clear inconvenience that we had interupted plans for a fag break together and once food was passed to us unwelcomly they both walked out the front door and stood infront and had a fag together. Other customers came along to the counter and they continued to stand out the front and finish their fag to then go back in, not wash hands chucked on gloves& apron and carried on serving! Poor customer service and etiquette!

Popped here with my son for a quick bite to eat for lunch. Was okay, but they didn't put much steak in my wrap, considering steak is one of the most expensive things on the menu, I'd expect a bit more, had much more at other subways I've visited.

The usual selection of fillings, always nice to know gluten-free rolls are available. Staff friendly and keen to make sure everything was as we wanted it. Parking immediately outside.

Very good service, the man serving me was very polite and helpful, incredibly fast service considering I ordered two subs and it was only one man serving me!

RACIST!!!! A BIG RACIST, RUDE. No meatballs in my megameat sandwich, when I mentioned about it, no sorry, just said they can give me some meatballs in a drink cup......asked for the refund but said NO...... DIDN'T EVEN SMILE TO ME AT ALL BUT SERVED WELL TO OTHER ENGLISH CUSTOMERS.

Four visits now, every time the speed of service has been terrible. Each time the member of staff has been much slower than other subway branches at preparing food. Clearly a training problem which management need to resolve.

This has to be the worst subway chain restaurant in the entire city. It never has any options for vegetarian or vegan is in stock. There are flies everywhere inside the shop above the counter etc. it’s just gross. I just left for 5th time and they have nothing I wanted and what’s worse is I have left with loads of bites in the back of my ankle. Environmental health should check this establishment out. On a positive note I did see them change gloves but they didn’t have any of the Sandwiches I wanted in stock sell it was pointless.

2 incompetent guys have no idea of how normally a subway order system works trying to tell customers what to do and creating a chaos even worse, is this what subway came to?The one in till drinks his tea and not even touching anything else telling me to help myself to drinks in fridge next to him, apparently thinks himself working in an accountancy bureau.You wonder how worse this place can ever descend into hiring worse and worse personnel.
