Every time I’ve been in they’ve been unable to provide vegan meatless meatballs, living next door it would be something I would get frequently but each time I’ve been in they are sold out despite being told it’s something that they stock. Subway are losing out on a lot of money! It’s the only subway in town so they should be better stocked. There are plenty of vegan/vegetarians now so why is it never an option at this specific store? We should not have to miss out because you can’t keep your stocks kept up.

Poor service. When offered to make the order into a meal deal. Couldnt tell me how much that would cost

Weve been here a few times due to lack of choice for healthier takeaway in Cinderford but EVERYTIME theres been issues. either the staff are hiding out the back and even when you raise your voice that no one is serving, they ignore you until someone from the fuel side get them or you shout atleast twice! Its a joke. there always out of something. Its REALLY slow, the food gets warmed but no where near enough, depending who serves you depends how almost hot or warm you get it. when the cheese doesnt even begin to melt as its still room temprature, thats pointless even putting it in the machine and asking if you'd like it toasted! it almost always seems short staffed, especially at busy periods when 2 people are definately needed. The one woman there doesnt seem to have a clue how to charge correctly on the till! 3 attempts at over charging me, then we gave up as we had already been in there 25 mins just getting 2 x 6 inch subs! The cappacino machine regularly seems to be broken, this place is a joke which is such a shame as it could be a right money earner for the company and have more satisfied customers.

Terrible attitude from all the staff whenever I go in, also half of the time they’re on their phones round the back and don’t even look up when you’re there waiting. Last time I went in there wasn’t even anyone there to serve and it wasn’t even closed. Awful place.

wanted to have a snack with the children in the subway, drove into a café at five to six, the old woman said that she no longer served, although we had 5 minutes before closing, terrible service

It's was fine, staff were overwhelmed and inexperienced.

Rang at 3.50 to be told they close at 4. They didn't want to wait for me, I am a 2 minute drive away. Poor customer service and a truly gutted 6 year old!!!!! Not happy at all.

I was absolutely amazed by the atmosphere here and the very kind helpful young staff were extremely well mannered and helpful. Unfortunately they were unable to give me cutlery but as this pressing times a 10mm spanner in my vehicle solved that great food and great service keep it up 1000% recommended

How do they expect you to eat a salad with no cutlery. I visited this subway yesterday and apart from having very little of the items we wanted available. I decided to have a salad. Went through the whole process of ordering and selecting it. However after I paid I asked for cutlery only to be told that they didn’t have any and had placed an order for some. The server then walked off into a back room, I assumed that she was going to get something else to use, however she was simply hiding out the back. A very disorganised and badly managed subway which is a shame as the salad was actually very nice even if it was eaten with my fingers. Which in the current climate isn’t really acceptable.

given the cost of the food, (the cost of a sandwich could probably feed an Ethiopian for a month..or more) they run out of ingredients, wraps, baguettes, fillings a *lot*. and the oven equipment breaks down occasionally. maybe this is what happens when you "diversify" (sell more variety of products). you can't stock as much of each ingredient (because there are more different ingredients to stock) so you run out more. you'd have thought with 100% overhead, they could keep things in stock and working. maybe this is why companies (American?) spend SO MUCH on BRANDING. that way, they can sell a very mediocre product at quite a high price, as something special. obviously you don't get to be a £$million CEO of a company by spending money on your product. if you have a logo in your head, you'll come back even when they don't have it in stock. the staff are reasonable, if they are in a good mood or fancy you, they are reasonably helpful. safety notice cinderford is a small-to-medium town, that thinks it's a small town, and acts like small town. I'd advise getting a dashcam before you drive there. pedestrians and sometimes cars don't seem aware that there are "cars" and other road users that use the road. otherwise, pedestrians wouldn't walk across busy roads with zero awareness, and car drivers would behave like they are driving...a car. (or avoid Cinderford) for the person who said they didn't make her "feel important". they are shop staff. they are there to give you a product, not to make you "feel important". stop whinging. it's a shop, not a self-help group.

Always closes 15 to 20 mins early. Rarely staff actually on the till and runs out of bread. Worst subway ever visited
