The food was nice well the main meal was anyway. My whole table had there dessert before I had mind. The staff had an attitude when serving are table. I don't expect to be looked down at when being served the food. When my dessert didn't turn up at my table went up to the bar and the bar staff said it wasn't order but we did order it because the clap behind the bar said there was only one left so as it was my birthday I didn't get what I wanted. Many thanks Martin

Empty glasses on nearly every table. My table and menus were sticky (had to wipe them down )Bar was sticky and a mess and there was food plates everywhere so did not know where to sit.Food come out and was not given a knife and fork and there was no check back on the food.Food was OK but the misses said that the onion rings were not very nice at all.All in all I would not come back!!!!!

Came for a spot of lunch with the husband. We approached the bar and was rudely greeted by a young man who seemed to call every customer ‘brother’. If I’m honest, we chose to wait extra time to be served by someone else as we didn’t appreciate the rude body language he gave. We ordered our food and drinks with a lovely lady called Lisa who guided us through the allergy process and ended up having the hunters chicken which was served by a kind younger girl. Hats off to the food, drinks and the service from the ladies, as for the man.. maybe take some time out and reconsider how you are with people. What a shame to hear that he is some kind of manager. Just lets the pub down.

Coming back from the hospital we ventured into this place we had passed countless times. Plenty of parking. Lots of seating with distinct difference between restaurant and bar. They have deals on drinks but not much on Saturday for food. Our burgers were freshly cooked. Drinks not cheap. I gave it 3 stars because it cost 24 quid for two burgers and drinks and the music was far too loud for a sat lunch.

Absolutely love the food here; the Hunter's Chicken is my go-to dish (I've never tasted another chicken so succulent and juicy). The gammon is also exquisitely tender and the portion is plentiful. The staff are quick as a whip, and the bartender was especially good seeing as he was single-handedly making drinks and taking orders from 10 or so people simultaneously.Coming from a harsh critic, I cannot recommend the Air Balloon enough ?

Fantastic place, great atmosphere, very busy Friday night, but staff had it covered. Meal was lovely hot and tasty. Didn't know there was a band playing, skinny dippers, really made the night, was only visiting for the night. Stayed in Premier Inn across the road. Absolutely recommend the air balloon.

We went to another pub where we was messed about local to my parents. My brother who was over from Australia said about the air balloon. As we went the previous week for my bday and he really enjoyed it.I took the pun and rang at 6pm asking for a table for 6. Wow what service James answered the phone and managed to find us a table. We turned up and I completely forgot to say one of my family is in a wheelchair user. My big mistake. James had reserved us a high table. I apologised to James and he found us another table. We sat and had fantastic food/drink.Staff asked us numerous time if we was happy. Honestly couldn’t fault anything. Actually there is something. James and the staff at air balloon needs a payrise.Thank you for making our last family meal for the next couple of years enjoyable and scrummy.Thank you team air balloon and thank you James.Parking: Good disabled parking and access

Green king pub with plenty of parking and a good size indoor area.We stopped for lunch and everything was fine. Bar service was a bit confusing with some forming a queue but then just walked up avoiding it?My daughter has already been back again since for the chicken

Food was rather disappointing and we were stuck in a corner ? appreciate its Xmas but even so ... coffee machine wasn't working so we couldn't get a hot drink either. I had a nice time though because I was with my lovely friend ?

Staff attentive and very pleasant and drinks ok. Food was bad, the meat was burnt and tasted like the metal plate where it was served, would not recommended food in here.

Very pleasantly surprised. Not been here in over 20 years! Warm welcome on arrival and very nicely done out. Felt warm and comfortable. Great seating and atmosphere. Ordered via the app. Drinks very quickly arrived as did the food. Ordered from the classic menu, 2 for £12.99 and couldn't believe the value for money. Food cooked to perfection. Waitress was lovely and checked back to see if all OK or anything else needed. Didn't realise it was a greene king pub and was really impressed overall with the food, service, value and feel of the pub. Would highly recommend and will certainly be back.

Came during a very busy time, was short staffing issue was obvious, but all staff worked hard and smiled. Esp bar lady whom handled the que for food and drinks, then cleared tables, total credit to her whom deserves credit ? food arrives and no complaints. Good value for money.Parking: Plenty space visible from inside.
