Be very careful when buying gift cards from here, the store is completely unhelpful if the code does not work and refuses to take responsibility and refund a faulty product.

Honestly your average asda superstore, I go there at 6am and offen at 23:30Staff are alwasy happy to help, Some might have bad days, but theres nothing wrong with thatShelfs are offen very stocked without any shortages.Overall wonderful store with no problems.

Asda “We aim to protect and conserve the world around us through sustainable practices and initiatives”.Yet their EV chargers have been out of order for at least 5 months.Other than that a basic Asda store which can be messy at times. Nothing fancy, but would definitely recommend Sainsbury’s across the road if you want items in stock more than out.

Delivery driver marked delivery as delivered when we had not received our shopping. Now Asda won't refund me. That's £58 they've stole from me.

The big guy working the till at 16:00 today was an absolute star! I regret not checking their name tag. They noticed I was buying some bao buns and gave me some advice on how to cook them. I tried it out as soon as I got back and it was stellar! Somebody needs to give this person a raise because their friendliness and positive attitude created a great customer experience.
