Visited the Filton branch of Bella Italia on a wet and miserable night. The interior was warm and inviting. The waitress who looked after us was attentive and helpful. We ordered the tomato bruschetta and prawns as starters. I ordered the vegetarian pizza and my partner the lasagne as main courses. All the meals were presented well and cooked perfectly. All the courses tasted great.

Very poor experience. Service disappointingly slow, hair in one of the meal, toilets smelt and limited availability on kids menu

Came for my partners birthday and Toby was great, he gave good service and helped to surprise my partner with a cake. The food was amazing and service was speedy and efficient, we will definitely be back!

We visited on bank holiday Monday and had no reservation for the evening. At the point we entered 80% of the restaurant was EMPTY. We were told that the restaurant is fully booked and there is no availability for an hour. We went to a neighbouring restaurant for our meal and whilst going back to the car, had a peer into Bella Italia and it was still empty!! Terrible customer service, rude and just pure incompetence. If I’m in the area again, I will make sure to avoid. It’s just Bella Italia, not the Ritz.. how are you turning away custom when your restaurant is empty. Will not visit again.

Enjoyable meal. Good food, good service. Greeted promptly & seated. Food and drink ordered and bought out in good time. Used our Tesco Vouchers with no issue. Although waited a while & then had to go to till to sort bill but just a minor annoyance.Parking: Within the Asda complex so ample parking.

Best Bella Italia near me! We have tried cribbs causeway but wasn't as nice as filton! Jack was our waiter and it was a very busy night but he was very quick and helpful with providing us with with our drinks and food He was very friendly and looked after our table. Thank you very much. Will definitely be returning again

Booked last minute on a Saturday but had availability, warm inside with a great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and allowed for a fast but excellent service all round.Food was great from starter to dessert, the 3 course set menu is great value for the quality of food.

Food excellent, but service was a disappointment. Team members didn't make any attempt to make conversation, or interact through the key stages.Drinks took an extended period of time to be delivered to the table, more drinks were requested, which weren't served until the main meals had been eaten. On requesting desserts, one of the party wanted the doughballs as a savory pudding. The waitress claims these were added on (however the order and pay system says different). When asking for the doughballs to be removed from the bill, we were told "the kitchen probably got confused" - however they never appeared on the order/pay system. The waitress clearly didn't put them through and blatantly lied to us - not good!We were served by Emily - blonde hair in pony tail, didn't really speak or interact.

OK, let's be honest here. I wouldn't normally go to Bella or any other Italian chain restaurant. One of my last work gathering. The not bad, had the lasagne. Not the best but hot and a good size. Staff great and a lovely venue so overall a good time. Cheers.

Had a lovely family meal, food was good, staff were very friendly, restaurant was clean and spacious. Good value for money, will be coming back.Dietary restrictions: My wife is a coeliac and we were impressed by the gluten free options on the menu and the labelling on the foods etc. The GF gamberoni was one of the best dishes my wife has ever had in a restaurant!

We booked late afternoon on the Saturday and they had availability. We were sat quickly and given options about allergies and the pay at the table. My sons asked for some colouring and whilst they did not have colouring paper she brought us some crayons and some spare paper for them to draw on. We ordered through the table/webpage and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. There were a few larger tables in at the same time so our expectation of speedy food was lowered however our food came out so quickly. It was fresh and really tasty. Service was good, we were able to order more food and drink from the webpage and all in all was a really nice experience. This is not our local Bella Italia as we were visiting the area and staying in a nearby hotel but will definitely seek out our local one after this experienceVegetarian options: Vegan menu availableKid-friendliness: Provided colouring to entertain the kidsParking: Inside a retail park so plenty of parkingDietary restrictions: Asked if anyone had allergies prior to seating us
