This place has put me off eating in KFC. I lived nearby and the amount of times my simple orders were messed up is insane! Or the chicken was old, or recycled or god knows what. Have to mention the totally rude staff on some of the shifts, but also some really nice staff too but this does not warrant me giving any extra stars.

Pretty good KFC. They actually get your order right and are pretty fast when it comes to giving you your food. There's a drive thru available, but you can also go in and order on the screens and sit inside. The staff are helpful if you have any questions.Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid friendly place to get food. Plenty of space to sit inside, and there's options on the menus that kids will enjoyParking: Plenty of parking, both inside the KFC car park itself, and also in the wider retail park next to the library and other shops.

Usually, I love KFC but this visit left me a little disappointed I had the gravy box meal (chips,1 peice chicken 1 chicken strip 2 wings and a pot of gravy ) chips we not hot at all the piece of chicken had seen better days the coating was very crispy more on the side of overcooked the strip was dry and chewy the 2 wings and gravy were the best of the meal both hot tasty wings nice and succulent not impressed at all with my visit this time it was a let down didn't enjoy would have taken it straight back to the shop but had used the drive through and was on the road again when started eating not sure if I will be returning again........

Dirty place. Tables were dirty and bins overflowing. Food was greasy and not much flavor. I find most KFCs are like this.
KFC STOLE MY MONEY.I ordered to collect from the restaurant using the app, the app told me that my order failed but KFC still took the money from my bank.KFC refused to give me my food and refused a refund, the staff advised me that I would receive an automatic refund within 24 hours but it’s been 48 and I’m still waiting.I’m not happy, please contact me to resolve this issue.

There is a drive thru but, after queuing, paying etc, I was asked to park up and pick up my food in the lobby. What's the bloody point of the drive thru.

Chips cold, bun was over toasted and some of the chicken dry service was good and restaurant area was clean, hot drinks limited.

Order a family bucket and expect all sorts of in there.12 pieces, small chicken, half full most likely because they was running low on breast. Very disappointing.Couldn't even get the drink right but what can you expect when run how it run

Great service, fast workers, witch in other kfc you can't se, the one from Bradley Stoke its incredible slowly, only none profesionals kids working there when I have order there I prefer to cancel instead to wait somethimes 30 minutes for small order.
