Every single time I have ordered from this store the food is always either cold or clearly been sat for a while. The fries are chewy and the servings are much less than any and all other stores I have been and ordered to and the burgers are poorly put together and clearly no care has been put into making them at all.

They serve everyone but the people who actually walk into the 'restaurant'. Drive through and deliveries, but you'll be stood there 20 minutes at least if you get off your a55 and actually go in there. And there were no other orders other than deliveries

I try thought McDonalds would be a consistent service. Unfortunately this one and others in Bristol are lacking. Missing items, hot water instead of hot chocolate etc. They will act on it if you queue up again to ask. The Bosses seem to have lost their grip with the Franchise outlets.
