They’ve changed the menu. Fixed items and you can’t choose what salad you want anymore.Don’t go to subway. Its a rip off. The whole point of being able to customise your sandwich doesn’t exist anymore.

Food was what you expect from a subway- good. That's the only positive I can take away unfortunately. The lady who served us rolled her eyes when we walked in, despite the fact it was hours before closing. Her attitude whilst we were ordering was horrible as she rushed us through the process even though we were the only ones there. I understand customer service isn't fun and you don't enjoy your job but don't take it out on the customers who come in for a sandwich.

It's your typical subway, but they have always had gluten free bread available which is a plus.Kinda hectic during busy hours because of the nearby college.

Worst customer service ever . The lady greeted me with what you want ? . She is very annoying every time I had to repeat what I said as she yells loud Aah??.The food was bad . Bread was stale . She doesn’t know how to wrap a sandwich. If you want to peacefully eat your sandwich in a park or in the car , forget it better buy a salad or I would suggest buy from somewhere else.

today around 2pm I came with my 6 y o sister in your subway JUST LOOKING!! And one of your workers (East Asian) proceed to speak with my sister while I was looking at the menu. She was asking my sister if she wants a donut and of course my sister said yes, if you ask a 6 y o kid if they want an entire subway of course they ll say yes. So without her looking at me or asking me if she can give my sister that donut, proceed to ask my sister for 99p like I ASKED FOR IT OR SOMETHING, I was so annoyed with that and so embarrassed like why would you do that if the adult did not say anything to you, very disrespectful and I’m gonna also leave a review to this restaurant just because of that. I bought the donut bc there were other ppl that were entering the store and I did not want to turn this into a big mess with your worker.If your worker is so nice with kids why didn’t she paid for it if she’s so willing to talk with other kids without asking adults for permission if the kid can have that or not. In my opinion you should next time advice your colleague to ask the parents/adults if the kid is allowed to have it or not

How long has it been since COVID to update your hours!? They are definitely not open till 11pm on Saturday, it's not even 10pm and lights are off, no one in!
