Wow. This Indian takeaway is absolutely phenomenal. The rice is absolutely spot on, all individual pieces with fantastic flavour. The curry's on offer are in a wide variation and are super flavourful and delicious. The naan bread served are full to the brim. The peshwari naan had the filling cramed to the top of the bread, and the cheese naan was bursting holes of warm, melted, and super stringy cheese. The best Indian takeaway in Gloucester, no doubt about it.

Ordered a chicken tikka ceylon which is a curry they tried to palm me off with a chicken korma with a bit of spice. Chef was quite helpful until the little one with the beard comes with his sweat dripping off his beard and asks me what the problem is and asked where I usually get my curry from like it makes a difference. Rude staff avoid at all costs plain rice and Nan was the only thing that was actually what I asked for!

We’ve had good food from here in the past , but something has changed!! I order Chicken Tikka Massala on Fri 19th May , along with garlic tikka for my partner. His was ok but mine was vile ! For a start the colour of it was all wrong! Normally Red from most indians … this was a mucky Brown colour and swimming in water. It tasted really sweet , and was just generally weird !! The Keema Nan was really thick… a meal in itself!! The meat was so thick the bread part was soggy. Wont be going there again !! Ive given one star because my partners food wasnt too bad , but not the best !!

Food was Excellent, plentiful, tasty and good value for money. King Prawn Dansak was spot on and extremely tasty, lentils cooked to perfection. Mojo nan is our all time favourite!!! Tandoori Mixed grill....delicious with a selection of tasty meats fresh and succulent. Chicken sagg was extremely yummy lots of fresh spinach. Butter chicken, creamy and smooth cooked to perfection. Tarka dhal fresh, tasty and garlicky. Upon collection the staff were welcoming and professional We thank you Ali and kitchen team for another fabulous takeaway!!!

Everything just tasted the SAME ? I ended up chucking my food in the dustbin in the end. Absolutely poor taste and a TOTAL insult to the Indian food culture. There is a method to cooking and it was not used - just tasted of uncooked curry powder and BLAND! TOTAL RIP OFF!

Food was awful, The owner tried to charge me 3 pounds for poppadoms when he already said they would come with the food. The food was bland and had no effort put into it. The food looks nothing how it is meant to when you look on google or from other indian restaurant.
