Ordered 2 kebabs both of which were caked in grease. The one kebab that had salad on had gone off salad that tasted like it had been sat in the sun for hours. Tried to either get a replacement or refund just for the one kebab and they refused. Awful customer service, won't be using them again

We where introduced to Flames by my best mate. Fantastic food, very clean and the staff where brilliant. Very good choice of food which suited both our better half's as they are vegetarian. The portions where massive. Where off there again in about 3 hours time. if they had 10 stars they would have got 10. Recommend to anybody. The opening times are also convenient.22nd OctoberWell just gone and picked up 2 pizza’s and their costs have gone up 25% more.We could go to a restaurant that you actully sirxdown and eat for alot cheaper..Just lost 4 customers due to to this.???????????

Complete joke prices for some of the food. The last pizza I got 9.90 and had no meat under the burnt cheese. Told the guy flames in Gloucester (4.99) (different company) for the same pizza, he said with a smirk "what you you going to do, drive there". Only got the one star cos the chips are good and veg. But they take advantage of the location

I ordered a pizza online tonight and it was over cooked and burnt when I picked up. Don't use this service, order in the shop and get a fresh pizza. ??????
Can't say how many times I have had great food from here but tonight I drove home from gloster and stopped here and asked for a large mixed meat n chips. I went to local shop while it was prepared. As per usual when I came back I was asked what salad n sauce I wanted...... Happy days I thought..... got home ate the salad topping only to find so little meat it was ridiculous. I returned it to them to be told they have never seen me before. Strange as we and my family love the place and eat from there regularly. Tonite I was made to feel like I was a liar. I was offered a refund but sorry to say that if you comain about anything then you are in trouble...

Can't believe how bad it was to be honest. Without a doubt the worst pizza I've ever had. Both Pizza and chips tasted like they'd been on the side from the night before. I collected so wasn't like it'd been sat in a delivery car for an hour. I ordered and picked it up within 10 minutes and everything was stone cold and like chewing on cardboard by the time i got back to the house. Would give it -5 if it was possible. I'm only here for the weekend so guessing there's no other competition around here.
