“Six friends, two of us new to the area said we’d give The Railway a bash. Firstly, what a lovely warm welcome. So friendly and accommodating. Drinks were offered to be taken upstairs but we declined (nice gesture). The restaurant itself is warm and cosy, easily sets a good vibe. The lady who owns the restaurant and who took our order couldn’t have been more helpful. Attentive, witty, informative. We ordered lots, and I mean lots, curious to come away with a well rounded opinion of our first outing. All dishes were great, a few stand out fantastic but I’ll let you discover for yourselves. At last a proper curry restaurant that’s not 15 miles away! Absolutely 100% recommended. Go discover!!”
