To be fair this is one of the quickest McDonald's I have been to. The drive thru queue was very long so we ordered on the app and parked on one of the allocated spaces.Within 5 minutes they came out with the right order.

Poor quality as frys and burgers were reheated by microwave, meat and buns are hard to chew, frys are chewy too, which is not the normal taste when freshly made! I've never have the taste experience that before when consumed in shop! Today's food here are just like left over for three days and reheat again with microwave!

We regularly stop off at this McDonalds on the way to and from holidaying in the West Country. It is handy for the M5. Food is always well cooked and promptly delivered to our table. Always busy but the staff keep the restaurant clean, tidy and welcoming.

This os the worst McDonald's ever I would Give it a 0 but obviously I can't so 1 star anyway last night I went and ordered a chicken big Mac with NO cheese and then my brother asked for one aswell with NO pickles so we get the food on my brothers box it says no pickles but there's pickles in the burger!!!??? On my one there's cheese in it and I'm allergic to cheese.

Good location just off the M5, the EV charging bays are facing the flow of drive thru traffic when the vast majority of EVs need to reverse in to charge, bit of a design flaw but otherwise charged well.
Good breakfast to be had here, quick service, hot food, nice seating. We don't have McDonald's very often so it was a nice treat.

A complete shambles. Loads of people waiting for orders. Staff were in slow gear. Took a long time to get food and when we did, it was luke warm. Would at least have expected it to be fresh! Lots of delivery food waiting on the side for ages.Parking: Gridlock to get in. EV charging had cars parked in there that weren’t charging. Spaces facing the wrong way so big struggle to get in and out, particularly with the gridlock!

Was paying cash. No one in front of me, no acknowledgement for 15 minutes, then served by someone very miserable. Waited for over half an hour for our food, and had to listen to the staff ranting amongst themselves about how rubbish the job is, how certain staff get to do whatever they like. I can understand people being miserable at work, but the customers felt like burdens. The hygiene in the kitchen wasn't great. A child asked for a dip, and a staff member threw them on the counter without saying a word and just walked off. My Daughters chocolate milkshake tasted really odd, so that went in the bin as I was not about to conplain!!.Not good.

Increasingly McDonald's restaurants everywhere are being dominated by delivery drivers from deliveroo and the like. It ruins any semblance of it being an okay place to eat. I am not expecting a 5 star dining experience or anything approaching it but the delivery service thing is a problem. Also the ipaflds are all damaged and few work, the playground here is shut more than its open. The place has gone downhill quite badly, even by McDonald's standards. The management , McDonald's and the franchise owners nèd to get a grip.
