“Really good service today (11/11/23) from Donna, Thomas and a supervisor whose name I didn’t get (sorry). I came in to pick up an order which just could not be found. They all spent the best part of an hour going through cages, checking online availability and trying to ring Gloucester store to see if they could resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they had to arrange a refund and I received a goodwill card. Many thanks to all 3 of them”
