Staff were very polite, helped with getting the best value for money with my order.Service was easy and pizzas were done within 10 minutes.

Not a bad store. The delivery service seems to have improved in recent months and the food is reliable but average. The pizzas are the highlight here with the chicken sides being a little on the low quality side. The biggest issue I have with this particular domino's is the limited menu options. The desserts in particular are very boring...bring back the lotta chocca pizza and cinni dippers...so fed up of cookies and very over priced ice cream. I know these are available at other stores so what gives?For domino's as a whole it needs to expand the menu. At the very least they need to add some pasta options like they have in the the USA.Overall, not bad but please (if the local manager is reading) bring back the full menu you have...dominos is limited enough already.

Praise where its due! This place has really turned things around. My partner and I have been really impressed over the last couple of month. I'm not sure what changes have been made internally but the food and service has done a total 180. Previously we waited for over an hour for a cold and incorrect pizza to eventually arrive but gone are those days! Just wanted to say well done to those involved :)

I order pizza as comfort food after a tiring day and exhausted to cook. It’s very disappointing to drive 20 min and collect a pizza that has the wrong toppings, that too at 9.30pm. And then being told that I’d need to make the drive again if I needed a replacement pizza. Second time this has happened in this store over a 2 month period. The first time I let it go. Really expect some basic level of quality checks from a company that has all the infrastructure

Nothing to recomand on this shop. I have ordered, i have waited 1 hour, then the store manager lied to me that another pizza is on her way to me as the first one would have been cold. Surprise, after another 25 minutes, my first pizza finnally arrived, cold as ice. And the manager store had no respect. He was calling me mate lile we where friends. So, i will ask for a refund and never order again from this shop. Shame on you Domino's that you accept such things
Shocking experience!After waiting for my pizza for over 1hour i've rang the place to ask where my pizza is, i was told that my pizza is on its way! But when i've checked the tracking pizza was on its way for last 30 minutes!Lady on the phone said that they didn't have enough drivers today so he had to take many orders at the same time!How can you expect last few customers will receive fresh orders doing it that way!Anyway i've rang the shop again afer another 25 more minutes of waiting to be told that my pizza is about to leave the shop!I was like what? 1.5 hours after placing the order online! and apprently it was on its way for the last 50 minutes!Apparently someone clock timed it wrong or something like that she said so it missed previous delivery man!I've cancelled the order at the end, not going to wait 2hours for pizza!Shocking customer service!Will never ever order from this place again!

Just tried ordering for delivery to the Premier Inn at Alveston (1.3 miles away) and the cost for a small pizza, garlic bread and a drink was over £17! Charging a delivery charge on massively overpriced pizzas is shocking. Never again.

This place has got to be the worst take away restaurant in the world, the right hand has absolutely no clue of a idea what the left hand is doing, sadly the only reason this place is still in business is due to the lack of option in Thornbury. ?

Absolutely terrible service. Food took 2 hours to get to me and was freezing cold when delivered. Been trying to call the store for 2 days regarding this and not getting an answer. Absolutely shocking.

Ordered here 4 times, each time they’ve messed up our order. The most recent being the most shocking, ordered a vegan pizza and got an entirely meat one?? It even had the vegan sticker on the outside of the box. Poor customer service and absolutely no sympathy when they mess up. Fair to say we definitely won’t be using them again. They even have a sign saying they don’t process refunds in store so I guarantee their service has been consistently rubbish enough to have to put that sign up. Don’t waste your time.
