Well sadly Sally did not really listen to my complaint offered me 4 different solutions as she obviously is new to the role and gave no empathy that I was an unhappy regular customer but more importantly didn’t listen to my complaint, ordered online and when my sons picked it up 2 of the items were not available offered my sons something else that they really didn’t want but 2 young lads just offered what they were offered did not offer a refund I am not happy, I will be taking this up with the owner tomorrow

Everybody is quick enough to leave negative reviews, so I thought I’d leave a positive one. Had fish and chips last night, it was brilliant. Fish was moist but crispy and the chips were lovely and golden. Great service, thanks Lexi.Cheers a great Friday night meal.

Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. £25 of cold old chips and dry fish. Service was very slow. Would have returned the food if it was a restaurant.
Fish cake old and over cooked. Cod was dry and over cooked, chips dry and batter too fatty

I remember coming here at the start of lockdown to get tea one night as my local fish n chip shop was closed. We waited in a queue round the side of the building for about 20 minutes and I remember getting very agitated as I just wanted to have some food. The food was nice though but I don't understand why I had to go to the shop next door and buy something. Still a nice place though and that was how I suppose they dealt with the social distancing things.

My only criticism is that they are too good... you need to call in your order to prevent the need to queue!

Really bad tonight, it's always a bit hit and miss but tonight was exceptionally poor. Rock hard chips and also hard fish, warmed up from lunchtime I'm presuming.No wonder there's not a que anymore ?
