A return visit I had not been for several years. We chose this place as a friend who lives in Stroud. No table booked, but it was early, and the table found no problems. We selected the sandwiches 1 steak and 2 fish fingers they were all enjoyed. The waitress was so sincere and polite. I had the strawberry cheesecake, and it didn't disappoint! My friend and Mum did the hot drink and small desert option. 1 cherry bakewell and 1 vanilla cheesecake. A wonderful time!

Friday 22nd March 2024...12 of us went for a evening meal for my nephew's birthday ?All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful ⭐All of our food was very nice it was served on time and came out together...We gave the staff a birthday cake which they were more than happy to light the candles and bring it out ..the lovely lady who brought the cake out sang Happy Birthday ?We will deff go again!

Spent Mother’s Day here and it was the best carvery I have had for a very long time. Staff were lovely and all smiling even though they were as busy as they were. Didn’t manage a pudding but the kids did and they looked great. Great value for money too.

An amazing pub , outstanding building, great outdoor spaces. Plenty of parking, and easy access. The staff were very polite and engaging. The food was good, with a reasonable wait. This pub is just off the M5 and A38, so easy to find and get too. The only one thing I would say is that it lacks atmosphere, no music and very quiet. I was there on Wednesday lunch.

First time visiting today, myself and my partner had steak, both were cooked to perfection. Staff very friendly, have booked a table for relatives birthday. Definitely recommend this place. Well done Fromebridge Mill.
Had a lovely lunch here. We went mid week so not many people eating. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They had a separate gluten free menu which made hubby very happy because most places we have been the gluten free selection has been minimal. I had lamb shank and hubby had the hunters chicken. Lots of parking and dogs are allowed in the bar area.

Went for Sunday lunch. They kindly organised a table so we could take our dogs. My wife and daughter went to get their carvery, I waited with the dogs at the table, 15 minutes later they returned, I then went to queue, after 30 minutes, no nearer to getting my carvery. By this time my wife and daughter had finished their lunch so cancelled my lunch or lack of. Spoke to the staff, no lack of sympathy or concern. Appalling service from the staff.I appreciate the reply from the manager and I agree it was busy, however, the three of us were the first customers into the restaurant today, but that didn’t seem to make any difference. My biggest concern was that no staff member was concerned when I explained the situation and asked for a refund. The refund was given without any discussion. Very poor customer service.
