Stumbled across this place and had a wonderful meal, lovely hot curry fantastic fresh naan Breads and lovely rice a really nice surprise, great staff we shall be back for more. Dining room is a little tatty but don't let that put you off.

We went to the place with no expectations and was surprised about the food quality and the nice staff. It was a quite nite and we were served very friendly. The young waiter always looks around if something is missing.Total price for 2 was 55£ including drinks and a big mixed appetizer. The room could be looking a bit more fancy.

Take away curry. It was tastless. It tasted like gravy mixed with curry powder. It was disgusting. NEVER AGAIN.

Service was impeccable, food was one of the best we have ever had and we’ve been eating Indian food for over 50 years plus I’m Anglo Indian so a tough critic. The Taka Dhal was great, in fact all of the dishes were perfect. Really impressed with the pickle tray a great selection. Nice to see an Indian have beer on draught too. A good experience over all.

One of the best curry’s I’ve had for a while! Absolutely gorgeous. Defiantly recommend the lamb sagawalla and mushroom rice

Extremely fresh tasting, very tasty and spice levels spot on.One of the best in the area.
really good poppadoms!!! the tray they give you with the sauces is really nice and varied. the naan is a big soggy but it's yummy anyway and the curries are DELICIOUS but could use a bit more flavour but they're still really good i reccomend it to everyone i see tbf. when they give you the bill you kind of just have to assume they've not scammed you bc i can't read the writing. been at least half a dozen times sat in the restaurant it's a bit awkward as you're usually the only person there but it might pick up as i've only been before 8.30pm

Sag paneer with melted cheese instead of paneer. “That’s how we do it.” Ie very very wrong.

Burnt Naan, burnt popadoms not much chicken in curries, he spilt a beer over one member of our group, curries are average but very expensive. They have a mandatory £20 min spend to eat in but a curry, rice, Naan, popadom and a beer comes to £40

5.95 for the worst chips I've ever had. Mcains microwave chips would have been been better. Meat was ok but not great and at least the poppadoms were good. Won't order there again
