Always lovely food and a delicious selection of cakes. I really like their smoothies. Huge range of gifts/cards and food to take home, including fresh veg. Friendly staff and a nice welcoming atmosphere. Reasonable prices too.

Arrived and the shop looks lovely, bought a few things, a little expensive but no more so than other places like this. The coffee and cake we had was dissapointing, I actaully had hot chocolate, it was instance in taste, the coffe was nice. I ordered a warm brownie, but was told that it would take 40 mintues to warm the brownie so I had it cold instead. It was dry and not very nice, so I am glad I had not waited for it to be warmed. My sister had a lemon cake which was pleasant enough. The area we sat in had tables on top of tables, we were surround by bits and bobs and crammed next to each other, Next to us was a bar and stool type set up, so hemmed in that the lady trying to reach this bar had to climb over us, our neighbours and had to ask the people behind us to move just to get in and out. The shop had place 4 large card rack things next to this bar, if one had been moved people could have easily got in and out to this bar table area. On leaving we bought some ready meals, with a sick relative they were bought to make sure they eat, which worked as she found them very tasty and worth the price.

Having recently moved to the area a friend that I was visiting booked us in for a Festive Afternoon Tea. Probably the best afternoon tea either of us have had, all home made, sandwiches generously filled, warm quiche and sausage rolls and the biggest mince pies, all beautifully presented and fresh pots of tea as requested. I fact it was so good we went again before l left and made sure we went very hungry. I also came away with a selection of their homemade produce and look forward to visiting in the future

Great cup of coffee and a really interesting shop with, I believe, predominantly local goods.

Small farm shop with cafe. Lots of fresh veg on our visit. Nice café outdoor area with, I think, Thai umbrellas over the tables. Dog friendly

A nicely laid out and well stocked farmshop and cafe. Pricing is, as you might expect quite high, a premium being paid at the vast majority of these types of outlets. Usually, it's pretty quick service, although at busy times in the café, the wait to pay for other items from the shop can be quite lengthy, as was the case today. However, that would be the case anywhere.
