The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the food can be a bit hit and miss at times, but this is Costa's products, not those that prepare them in store. If I could suggest one thing for the company itself, perhaps more variety of Not Sweet items? The drinks and foods are all too sweet and as a result we tend to reserve Costa purely for the occasion rather than a regular pit stop.Again, no beef with the store itself, the staff are Wonderful! Just wish the company wasn't so Sugar/Sweet focused as to have a single cake is a third of what someone should eat in a day - and that is Without a hot chocolate/drink to go with it!

Busy Costa coffee in the town centre. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, though often there is not enough of them and they are running around like crazy (please employ more, the staff will burn out working like that!). Food and drink is always yummy, one of my favourite coffee shops.

I have a problem with my Costa app. Keeps coming up with ACK005. So although my points are on receipt not on my app. Did say but no one seem to know what to do. Otherwise good service. Just biscuits and coffee.

The blackforest hot chocolate and Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate were out of this world.hes deffinatly a keeper so you need to look after him.

The ladies that served me introduced me to a dairy free & gluten free chocolate brownie frappe, I had never had a frappe before as I didn't think it would be dairy free. They were so lively and took the time to go through the allergen book with me and let me look at the packaging to put my mind at ease, and it was amazing, my new summer favourite dri k.
