Although this inside the Next fashion store, the layout is very good wrt Covid requirements. Also unlike other Costas nearly all people observing the wearing of Face coverings. Staff very friendly and helpful cleanliness is excellently applied. Nice relaxing place to sit and enjoy the food available and the excellent coffee.

My son and I came into store today and was served by Liam , he told me there were no flakes to go with my sons babychino, my son has autism and he found this distressing , Liam was very helpful and took the time to help calm him, and offered something else, he made my sons experience really good , I can’t thank him enough for all his help , definitely would come again . Thanks again Liam , it goes to show the little things matter, and you made my son very comfortable here. Thank you for your kindness.

Avoid like the plague/covid 19!!! I bought a caramel latte with an extra shot of coffee, I asked the barista if there was caramel in the latte, he confirmed with a yes. Walked out of the store and tasted the coffee, no caramel. Walked back in to complain and the barista added a shot of caramel? For gods sake Costa we are on a pandemic what happened to health and hygiene!!!
