Served by saffron , kelly and pati last week and it was a lovely atmosphere food was great service was amazingly always .. I liking coming when these lovely lady’s are working knowing I get great service !

We went for lunch here today the service from Regan was excellent she was very pleasant best service we have had for a long time, food was great too.

We visited here on an extremely busy Friday night without booking a table. Kelly immediately recognized we were regulars and even though they were really booked up, managed to squeeze us in. Really made our night as was hubby's birthday meal with 2 starving kids in tow. Excellent service throughout from Kelly even though she really was ran off her feet. Thank you Kelly your service is impeccable.

We came in as a group of 10 on Monday and were served by Leanne. She made us feel welcomed as soon As we came in and nothing was too much trouble for her. The food came out in good time and was nice
Well, I will never go to a frankie and bennys restaurant again, as expected poor service and poor food, McDonald's is better..

My wife and myself went to this restaurant on Saturday 28th December and both ordered steak. The meals arrived very soon after ordering them, however after asking them to be cooked medium rare they both came between blue and rare, the chips were luke warm, mushrooms soggy and overcooked, we couldn’t be bothered to complain so we took the steak home for our dog. On the plus side the waitress was pleasant and efficient and the dog enjoyed the steak

After recently moving to the area we have tried using this frankie and bennies a few times ( we used to use cribbs causeway on a regular basis ). For the past few years my wife has always ordered the same thing, carbonara with the pancetta crispy and has never been a problem in any other restaraunt until this one where the young lady told us this could not be done as it just comes out of a packet. Also having ordered a chicken parmigane i reallly wish they would drain the pasta properly as the spaghettia on my plate was swimming in water and made the rest of my food soggy. Really couldn't be bothered to argue about it whilst there as it is the same everytime so going to just give up on using this one now...

Dropped in for their Christmas menu. Excellent choice of meals with special offers for 2 or 3 courses. The vegetarian and vegan meals were fantastic with a good choice not just the 1 or 2 meals available. Great service and fantastic atmosphere.
