My go to every time I visit the UK Bristol... For a hot easy snack.I know there always busy in these shops...I do wish they were kind enough to have a staff member always cleaning up the floor and tables ... I mean they can certainly afford it too. See you next visit. Ciao.

I love Greggs but it's got really expensive now, a cheese or ham salad baguette is £3.80 so not going as much as I used to. Like many shops they are pricing themselves out.

Considering this bakery has been in Yate for more than 20 year, I continue to be surprised at their inability to adequately staff the premises!Queues going out the door and only 1 member of staff serving whilst the other two aimlessly wander around waiting for the goods to be cooked (a loose term as everything is frozen and subsequently warmed up).If you are in a rush, you're better off baking your own bread.

what can you say, it's a Greggs, they are generally always ok, and clean, but buy. The food is inexpensive
Customer service is top class and staff are top quality. Food is normally exquisite however sometimes served a tad on the chilly side. Aside from my previous point a very satisfactory experience visiting this shop and would recommend to anyone passing through
