Doesn't matter if you order a delivery or use the drive through. This yate branch never gets the order right. Always missing something, and no one gives a dam. You just get told to call customer services, who can only refund you, not rectify the missing food! Never mind the kids are missing their meal!!! I'm not one for negative reviews but this store has messed up too many times to not say something!

McDonald's... Cheap and cheerful. Your not going for anything special. Fast food that kids love.I always leave feeling lacking. The rotating menu always leaves my favourites as a seasonal special. But the food is cheap and the kids love the toys so you can't hate it.

Went to McDonalds Drive through and purchased a "Fillet O Fish" Bap. Really enjoyed it, tasted as good as it always did! The service was great and Cashier extremely friendly, dressed up in her Christmas attire! Highly recommended!

To be fair it was a Saturday afternoon but this is maccys and is always busy. Forget the fries from our order, food wasn't the warmest and restaurant not the cleanest but that was more to do with the clientele.Disabled parking was okay and easy to find.

I remember when fast food was fast...I've been waiting over 20 mins for a double cheese burger and a cup of tea..I'm sure when I eventually get it the cheeseburger will be cold and the tea will be like gravy where its been sat so long..I miss the days when they had lines of burgers under the heater and you could walk in and walk out In 2 mins..why do they always change things for the worst.. its ment to be called progress

I ordered a Big Mac without onions. It came with onions so I asked for another. It came with onions again. How hard is it to not put onions in a burger. Feel bad for the guy giving it to me.
Acceptably fast service. Correct food, cooked fresh. Very good.

The food delivered is normally wrong and cold (even when paying priority).I normally only ever go there if my kids want it and they have been good, but due to the long wait times, its really not worth it.

As far as McDonald's go, it's about as much as one should expect.That said, double check your meals/receipt as items are often missing. The staff don't cause any fuss fixing that though.

Ordered through Uber eats, Malteser McFlurry was missing and also the 6 box of chicken nuggets. We had also ordered x2 medium meals of the Philly cheese stack, and it arrived both drinks appeared to seem partly empty and then we realised this was as they contained no ice, we did not request, no ice so I am unsure why it wasn’t given.
