I've had it with your Yate shop. Today the food was cold. Chips cold. Chicken cold. No hot drink, smoothies/milk shake, no fizzy drinks. The only thing to drink waz outta the fridge. It's freezing outside, u want hot food and drinks. Not here.... It's disgraceful. The only good thing about it is the server Tracy, who is always polite and friendly. Apart from that I wouldn't recommend Ur Yate shop if I was starving.

Chicken was inedible, so dry like it had been waiting all day or even from yesterday. The price they charge they should be serving great chicken.. absolutely awful chicken, whether something has changed with owners as never had this before.. Email sent complaining, so far no response.

Brought my Niece here whilst her mum shopped, we received fast efficient and warm service from the lovely Tracy! I’ve never been here before so Tracy not only helped me order but made me want to order more just because of her service. Management need to sing her praises; she’s doing the company a justice! Thankyou again Tracy!

I haven't been to Miss Millies for quite a while tending to frequent kfc instead. However, I was really impressed with my southern fried chicken and chips. Polite and friendly service, but I was the only person in the place!

Perfect and very punctual service. Very helpful member of staff named Tracy, very quick and friendly service. Had the food out almost instantly which is ideal with a 3 month old. Given the option I will always choose MM. #bringbackhalloumiburger

Waited for 5 minutes, with no acknowledgment from the staff. I finally got to order a megabite combo meal, staff member was rude and incompetent. Food missing from order. The burger bun had clearly been reheated in a microwave (health risks, as chicken). The burger was absolutely disgusting, and chicken was like rubber. The chips were tasteless, the mango dip was half full, and barely tasted of anything. The two staff were constantly on their phones and joking around. I will never go to Yate Miss Millie's again. Terrible. A refund would be just a start. I was sick as soon as I arrived home. I think a visit from the food standards agency would be a good idea.

Had a great meal as always here at Yate Miss Millies. Tracey and Jess were fantastic and gave great customer service.
Personally I am not a fan of fast food , but the food surpassed by expectations. We had a lovely server called Tracey , who her presence alone improved our experience greatly. Food is fairly priced with a lot of deals and promotions going on. Clean atmosphere and genuinely a relaxing lunch out.

For me, the best chicken I've ever eaten, kfc has no comparison ? Nice lady at the very entrance, and a friend makes very tasty chicken ❤️ I met them yesterday, I'll be back in two weeks as I said, I'm at your place every two weeks ??Kid-friendliness: My little son loves this place and the food. ??

I had tonight a megabite burger, plus a chicken fillet, french fries and gravy. The burger was correct but the fillet tested horrible, I don't know if it was coocked today or 3 days ago and yhe gravy was absolutely disgusting. The fact its that I come from toilet right now, I'm sick. Your chicken fillet and gravy made me being sick 2 times already. Your food is contaminated. How do you do this!!!!! Absolutely unbelievable

You've gone down hill alot, you might aswell just close the door now instead of ruining miss millies brand even more. Just picked up a boneless meal, the chicken was dry, tough and tested like you cooked it hours ago, the chips were definitely cooked in black old oil, and the gravy well you can call it that it was thickened water. At least the Pepsi was cold I suppose well done for keeping your drinks fridge cold atleast.
