Visited the brimsham pub tonight for drinks and its such a fab place ,lovely atmosphere ,friendly staff and cant commend Eloise enough she is friendly and welcoming and couldnt do enough for you . My favorite pub . Jo

Me and a group of friends got served by Lauren at the Brimsham pub, got service with a smile and everything more! That girl needs a pay rise, would definitely come back for the 100% hospitality xox

Booked a table for 1.30pm. Arrived on time and ordered for 6. At 2.40pm, still no food. We complained and received free drinks. Food then arrived, but 2 lasagne badly burned. We were told 5 minutes for replacements. Food eventually arrived 25 minutes later. Again, burned around the edges and luke warm in the middle.I'm an expat living in France. There are things wrong everywhere. But, in restauration, heads would roll for less than half of what went wrong with this order today.Atmosphere got a 3 as opposed to another 1 because A) we were visiting close family & B) There were numerous other people suffering the same poor service who we joked around with to pass the time.
14 of us and 2 babies have come this evening and Charlie was amazing! We asked if we could have the function room and they accommodated that, and she gave us great service in general. Thanks Charlie for making us feel welcome.

We returned to Brimsham after a couple of disappointing meals as the staff had been changed, the difference was immense, good service, meal hot and ok, and the clearing of the tables was almost immediate after completion of our meal. The staff are friendly and led by Charlie very professional

Staff were friendly , surroundings were fine.food served quite quickly.Cutlery dirty with dried on food !!! When this happens which it does at lots of pubs it totally puts me off eating.

Met family for breakfast as it seemed reasonable on line. The menu states that you get unlimited toast. You don’t. We got asked if we wanted brown or white with the breakfast and that was it. Never offered more at any point. The menu also states that you get unlimited refills on filter coffee or tea. Tried to order the filter coffee but were told they weren’t doing that today. We then had to purchase the more expensive specialty coffees. The breakfast was average at best so we won’t be going back when they don’t really offer what the menu states.

Fab pub all the staff are fabulous especially Shauni who was super friendly and attentive and checked to see if everything was ok .
